Regional Sales Manager

This position will have enormous potential for growth in a dynamic growing company! This position will require someone to assume a broad set of responsibilities and will report directly to the Director of Sales.

• Maintain existing business relationships
• Increase sales to above company standards
• Cold call and visit dental offices and market our product
• Target Dentists with large dental offices and specialized in Implantology and Periodontology as well as Oral Surgery.
• Create new leads and convert them to satisfied customers
• Responsibility of demonstrate the product to single customers as well as study groups to convert them to satisfied customers
• Attending trade-shows, seminars, clinical courses inside and outside the assigned territory
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly updates to management, with periodic updates as requested or as necessary. The updates must identify specific actions necessary to achieve sales goals.

• 3 yrs or more experience in sales related to dental products, preferably dental x-ray or 3D-imaging experience
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Business to Business Sales experience
• Ability to achieve results through customer contacts and support activities, and develop long-term relationships that will assure continued success and growth for the company.
• 40% - 60% travel with overnight stays required
• Candidates must be self-motivated and sales driven have skilful negotiation and presentation abilities, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A solid knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is required

Marketing/Communication Specialist

• Manage company trade shows, training workshops, and event planning
• Generate and maintain quality of marketing materials/collateral
• Manage PreXion’s press profile
• Drive and implement marketing and communications activities
• Work with company’s marketing vendors
• Attend selected trade shows, assisting sales with customer interaction and lead generation
• Handle all Marketing budget analysis and expense tracking
• Coordinate and manage the organization of the company’s web site
• Coordinate marketing field activities and special marketing projects

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in Marketing
• Experience in the dental and industrial CT market is a big plus
• Excellent qualitative and quantitative analytical skills, the ability to think strategically and problem-solve on a tactical level
• Proven success in working in a start-up environment
• The ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
• Knowledge of working with spreadsheets (Excel) and HTML for web development.
• Excellent communication skills is a MUST, both verbal and written
• Detailed oriented, with a strong desire to succeed

Dental CT Field Engineer / Tech Support

This position will require someone to assume a broad set of responsibilities. The candidate must be willing to shift or take on new challenges as they arise in this dynamically growing company

About the position:
We are seeking an individual with networking skills to install and service our Dental Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) scanners and 3D medical workstations. This position will include travel in the US and possibly abroad (up to 75% travel).

• Installation and servicing of Dental CBCT Scanners
  
• Setting up networking (LAN) for the scanner PC and remote client PCs
  
• System troubleshooting on site or by phone / email
  
• Solving tech support issues by responding to customers directly
  
• Contacting customer sites for installation and service follow-ups
  
• Supporting marketing activities with demo system installations
  

• Minimum 2 years of experience in installing or servicing X-Ray Systems
  
• CBCT experience is a plus and will be highly valued for qualification
  
• Must posses networking skills and IT experience
  
• Good knowledge of hardware and software trouble-shooting
  
• Must be familiar with or must have knowledge of radiation regulations
  
• Must be able to lift 60-80 pounds.
  
• Excellent qualitative and quantitative analytical skills and the ability to think strategically
  
• Excellent communication skills is a MUST, both verbal and written
  
• Proven success in working in a start-up environment
  
• Knowledge of DICOM configuration and/or PACS communications is a plus but not required
