TMJ
TMJ is the abbreviation of Temporomandibular Joint.
It is originally the name of the jaw joint. Now it generally means the symptomatic state that the mandibular condyle does not fit to the articular disc which is between the cranial bone and has harmful effects on the joint such as noises and continuing pain. Some people cannot open their mouths due to the pain.
